Product Description:
The frame stacking machine is a supporting equipment for automated brick and tile production lines. It is suitable for both single-firing and double-firing processes, perfectly matching tunnel kilns and rotary kilns. It automatically picks up wet/dry brick blanks prepared by the cutting machine and stacks them in layers according to the firing process requirements onto the kiln car.
Applicable brick types: standard red bricks, perforated bricks, hollow bricks, coal gangue bricks, shale bricks, blocks, etc.; Suitable raw materials: clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash, and construction waste solid waste brick production lines.
The machine adopts a heavy-duty portal frame structure, servo drive + PLC intelligent control, replacing 15-20 brick stacking workers, significantly reducing labor costs, minimizing brick breakage, and improving the kiln firing qualification rate. It is the preferred equipment for newly built fully automated brick factories and the automation upgrade of old production lines.
Working Principle:
1. The brick cutter outputs brick blanks to the brick-sorting platform. The equipment automatically sorts and arranges the blanks, forming a neat row of brick blanks
2. The traveling trolley moves above the brick-laying platform, the lifting frame lowers, and the clamping plates clamp the entire layer of brick blanks.
3. The lifting frame raises the bricks, and the trolley moves laterally above the kiln car. The clamping plates rotate 90° as needed.
4. The lifting frame slowly lowers, the clamps release, and one layer of brick blanks is neatly stacked on the kiln car.
5. The equipment returns along the same route for cyclical operation, automatically stacking each layer in a staggered manner until the entire kiln car is stacked. It then automatically waits for the next empty kiln car to be fed, requiring no manual intervention throughout the entire process.
